What are Green Title Lots?
Green title (freehold) subdivisions allow for the creation of standard lots. Green title lots are completely independent of one another and therefore, cannot have common property or shared services. Each lot requires independent services, such as electricity, water, and sewer.
Green title subdivisions require an application to be submitted to obtain approval from the Western Australian Planning Commission in order to commence the process. The green title subdivision process can commence prior to demolition.
