Re-pegs, or cadastral surveys, are required to establish the title boundary corners before construction begins on any lot. Re-pegs are often needed when new boundary fences are erected and the pre-existing marks are gone.
Green title, or freehold, lots are the standard and are the preferred option when they're available. Green Title lots are completely independent of one another and cannot have shared property or run services through multiple lots.
A Built, or Standard, Strata is the most common form of strata scheme. This form of strata subdivision can only be completed when all building is finished and is typically only started at around the end stages of construction.
