Which surveys do you do from Bunbury?
The same surveys as in Perth:
- Contour and feature surveys for new homes, extensions and subdivisions
- Boundary re-pegs: new pegs, and a Surveyor's Certificate (Regulation 25A) with a sketch of your boundaries on it
- Building setouts for houses, retaining walls and pools
- Internal surveys of homes and commercial buildings
- Western Power pegging of the front corner
- Green title subdivisions, survey strata, built strata and strata conversions
Which towns does the Bunbury office cover?
Bunbury, Australind, Eaton, Dalyellup, Capel, Busselton, Dunsborough, Margaret River, Augusta, Donnybrook, Bridgetown, Collie and Harvey, and the areas around them.
Where we work shows the whole area we cover, from Guilderton to Augusta.
How do quotes and lead times work?
You get a written quote within 48 hours, and most surveys are done within about two weeks of booking. If you have a deadline, such as a settlement or a builder's start date, tell us when you ask for a quote.
We do not quote over the phone. The online form is the quickest way: give us the address and the lot number if you know it.
What else do people ask about the Bunbury office?
Do your surveyors travel from Perth or from Bunbury?
Both. Our surveyors work from the Bunbury office, and they also travel from Perth for South West jobs. Your written quote allows for any travel, so you see the full cost before you book.
Is it the same Cottage Surveys as in Perth?
Yes. The Bunbury office is part of Cottage Surveys, not a separate business. Our licensed land surveyors do the work, and you get the same written quote, plans and certificates as for a Perth job.
Which local governments does the Bunbury office cover?
The towns above are in the City of Bunbury, the City of Busselton, and the Shires of Harvey, Dardanup, Capel, Collie, Donnybrook Balingup, Bridgetown-Greenbushes and Augusta Margaret River. Your rates notice names your local government if you are unsure.
Areas: We work across all of Perth, north to Guilderton, east to Northam and Brookton, and through the South West as far as Bridgetown and Augusta.
