Commercial and construction surveys in Perth

The commercial team builds on more than 50 years of surveying in Western Australia, and on long-standing relationships with some of Perth's leading builders and developers.

We do more than setouts. We give a complete surveying service through the life of a project, and we can also act as the Licensed Surveyor for the final strata plan and the creation of titles. You deal with one firm from the first site survey and setout to the final strata documents.

What we do

Our construction surveyors and technical staff work alongside our Licensed Surveyors and survey specialists. That gives you:

• Experienced commercial construction surveyors.
• Reliable, responsive site support.
• Fast turnaround on setouts, with site attendance in the same week.
• Design checks before setout. We compare the architectural, structural and shop drawings before we mark anything.

Foundations

• Setout of piles, retaining walls, footings and blinding

Pre-concrete, floor by floor

• Strip and pad footings, lift rafts, dowel and starter bars, and column cages
• Slab edges, set-downs and wet areas, penetrations, lifts and stairs, wall lines, columns, soffit steps and voids
• Other structural and architectural details, and services, on request

Post-concrete, floor by floor

• Walls, columns and grids
• The scaffold extent for the floors above, where needed

As-constructed verification

• Checks of the construction on request, usually a height grid of the finished concrete to confirm pour heights and slab thickness
• As-constructed and spec report surveys
• Building location surveys, before or after development

Licensed surveying through to strata plans and titles

• The final strata plan and the creation of titles

3. We work to your programme. Several licensed surveyors work on the commercial team, so your project is never waiting on one person.
4. You get the marks or the data. Most setout jobs are marks on site only; location and as-constructed surveys come as plans and data in your team's formats.
