Which surveys do you do in the South West?
The same surveys as in Perth:

How do travel and lead times work?
Our surveyors travel from Perth for South West jobs. Our surveyors also work from a satellite office in Bunbury. The Bunbury office page has its address and opening hours. You get a written quote within 48 hours, the same as for a Perth job, and most surveys are done within about two weeks of booking. If you have a deadline, such as a settlement, a builder's start date or a Western Power booking, tell us when you ask for a quote.
We do not quote over the phone. The online form is the quickest way: give us the address and the lot number if you know it, because some rural addresses are hard to find from the street number alone.

Rules vary between local governments, so we ask which one your property is in. For the towns we cover:

What is different about South West sites?
Larger lots. On a large acreage or rural-residential lot we survey the building envelope set by the developer or shire, or a 50 m × 50 m area if there isn't one, not the whole lot.
Bushfire-prone areas. If your lot is in a bushfire-prone area, a subdivision or new home will usually need a BAL (bushfire attack level) assessment, and the assessor works from a contour and feature survey.
Water and sewer. In a subdivision, each new lot needs its water and sewer conditions cleared. Who clears them depends on the town, so ask us about your lot.

Can you do two surveys in one trip?
Usually, yes. A contour survey and internal survey, or a re-peg and setout, can often be done in the same visit. Tell us everything you need when you ask for a quote.
